摘要
在煤层气井排采过程中,通常用回声仪来监测环空液面变化,通过控制液面下降速度来实现稳定、连续降压。目前,常用的回声仪基于油气井液面测定而设计,应用于煤层气井排采中。但煤层气排采的特殊性要求其具有浅液面、高精度、抗干扰的测试性能,还要具有安全高效的发声源和直观的液面资料管理系统。针对煤层气生产特点,研制开发的MCJ-1煤层气井液面测试仪较好的满足了这些要求。
During drainage and recovery of coal bed gas well,echo meter is usually used to monitor variations of annulus liquid level,and by controlling dropping speed of liquid level makes true dropping pressure stably and continuously.At pressure,usual echo meter is designed base on surveying and determining liquid level of oil and gas well to apply in drainage and recovery of coal bed gas well.But for particularity of it,echo meter not only has test performance of shallow liquid level,high precision,resisting interference,but also has safe and higher efficiency producing echo source and objective management system of liquid level data.To property of coal bed gas production,the developed MCJ-1 testing liquid level instrument applied in coal bed gas well reaches these demands.
