兴建汾河二库后太原汾河河段的防洪能力分析

汾河二库原防洪标准流量3 450 m3/s,是合理的安全的。经大量资料验证二库的兴建使太原市的防洪标准从原来的100年一遇提高到了300年一遇,太原汾河段的防洪标准提高了,使该地段各种资源可以开发利用得更好。

The original discharge of flood control standard of No.2 Fenhe Reservoir--3450 m^3/s is resonable and safe. It has been verifed,according to amount of data,that the building of No.2 Fenhe Reservoir lifts the flood control standard of Taiyuan City from 100-year flood to 300-year flood. In the meantime,the improvement of the flood control standard makes it better to use and develop assorted resources in relative area of Taiyuan.
