On the basis of untangling the article Seven Lessons for Helping Children Make the Most of Their Abilities by Wendy M. Williams and Robert J. Sternberg, this essay analyzes behaviors of some teachers and parents in the current educational systems, and makes some suggestions on bow to express students' full potentials.
