摘要
沈海高速公路青芝寺高架桥位于福建省连江境内,该桥上部结构为预应力混凝土连续T梁、预应力混凝土简支T梁;下部结构为柱式墩、肋式台、扩大基础、钻孔桩基础;由于受桥位近距离施工石料场堆料偏压影响左幅38~44号墩、右幅37~43号墩间一联六孔准连续梁,下部结构出现微量偏位,从而引起上部结构偏移。通过现场监测数据采取数台千斤顶竖向同步顶升和整体限位平移置换办法对移位支座进进行更换。对此病害的整治方法作了详细介绍。
Located in Lian Jiang county Fujian Province, Qingzhisi viaduct of Shen Hai Highway has prestressed concrete continuous T beam and prestressed concrete simple T beam as its super structure, and column pier, rib platform, spread foundation, bored pile foundation as it sub structure. As the bridge site' s close distance construction quarry has the material piling bias influencing a six-hole continuous beam between the left part No. 38-No. 44 piers and right part No. 37-No. 43 piers, there is a micro off position in its sub structure, leading to an off position in the bridge' s super structure. With on-site measured data, adopting the methods of several jacks vertically lifting up simultaneously and overall position-limit parallel displacement and replacement, the displacement supports have been changed.
