ZQL32/64型造桥机总体结构受扭计算分析

摘要 ZQL32/64型中跨连续梁造桥机施工弯梁过程中,导梁和主梁都承受扭矩,受力状态复杂,采用ANSYS通用有限元程序来分析造桥机的受扭,对施工过程中5种最危险工况进行计算分析。该造桥机达到了连续弯梁施工要求。 The bridge fabrication machine of ZQL32/64 medium span continuous beam is qualified for continuous curved beam construction. On curved section, both guide beam and main beam bear torsion moment, with complicated stress status. Torsion stress analysis was made of the machine by using ANSYS general finite element program, and computation and analysis were made of the five most dangerous working conditions during bridge construction.
