酚—脲—醛树脂粘合剂的研究

摘要 本文研究了酚—脲—醛树脂粘合剂的合成方法,不同原料配比、反应温度、反应时间及催化剂用量对粘合剂的粘结强度、放置稳定性、粘度、水溶性等性能的影响。结果表明,此粘合剂在单体摩尔配比为(酚+脲):醛为1:1.5(其中酚—脲摩尔比为1:1~5),反应温度在80~90℃,反应时间2.5~3.5小时,催化剂用量为单体重量的0.4~0.5%时,可以得到较为理想的产物,基本保留了酚醛树脂粘结力强、耐水、耐热、耐腐蚀、耐老化等性能长处,并且合成工艺简单,产品成本可降低20~30%。 The synthetic method of phenol-Urea-Formaldhyde resin adhesive was studied. The effects of monomer ratio, reaction tem perature, reaction time and catalysis amount on the adhsive performances were also investigated. It was found that phenol-Urea-Formaldehyde resin adhsive kept the cheracteristics of phenol-Formaldehyde resin. Howerver, The cost is greatly lower than that of phenol-Formaldehyole resin.
