摘要 利用Visual Basic6.0设计了应用软件的用户界面,用SDK2000视频卡与CCD摄像头连接采集数据,利用Matlab7.0图像处理工具箱,小波分析工具箱,通过各种算法的比较和验证,找到有利于疵点的检测,快速的疵点识别,精确的疵点分割方法,三者相互结合构成织物疵点自动检测系统。在图像采集中,调用视频卡驱动程序,实现图像的储存。图像处理中,应用二维小波分解重构,小波消噪,阈值分割,数学形态学处理等方法,快速准确识别疵点,利用Matlab最新的COM生成器,将Matlab的M文件,生成COM组件在Visual Basic中直接调用,基本实现自动检测。 Automated defect inspection system tot woven detects with technique of computer vision data acquisition and image processing was researched. Visual Basic6.0 was used to design the UI of the application software, SDK2000 VGA and CCD camera were used to gather the image data, and image processing toolbox in the Matlah7. 0 was used to compare the algorithmic method and to find a best method to detect the woven defects. The automated defect inspection system is made up of the three parts. In the processing of gathering image, drivers of the SDK2000 VGA was used to save the image. During picture processing, many methods were used to identify the woven defects as soon as possible. Making use of the latest COM builder to aPply the * M files of Matlab in Visual Basic to realize the auto detecting.
