摘要
"德治"和反腐倡廉是推进社会发展的两个重要方面。推行"德治"必然要求强化反腐倡廉,反腐倡廉迫切需要推行"德治",两者紧密结合是加强党的建设,全面建设小康社会的根本保证。
The ＂Ruling by morality＂ and the advocation of anti-corruption and pro-probity are the two important aspects for the social development. The former will inevitably require the consolidation of the latter, and vice versa. The combination of the two is the guarantee to strengthen the construction of our party and the affluent society.
