摘要
传统的课堂教师文化具有明显的局限性,主要表现为教师运用权威支配和控制学生。在教育教学改革的今天,重新检视课堂中的师生活动,反思课堂的观念与认识,为课堂提供新的定向,这些都是课堂教师文化变革的基本前提。
The traditional teaching culture in class has its striking limitations, which are fully shown by the fact that teachers dominate and control their students with their authority. In the current educational reform, the reexamination of class activities, concepts and cognition of the class will definitely provide a new orientation, which serves as a premise for the reform of traditional teaching culture in class.
