福建省城乡经济协调发展的评价与分析

Evaluation and Study on the Coordinated Development of Urban-Rural Economy in Fujian Province

在城乡经济协调发展内涵的基础上,构建了城乡协调发展的评价指标体系和评价模型,并根据福建省经济发展阶段确定了城乡协调发展的评价标准。对福建省城乡经济协调发展水平进行分析,结构显示出福建省城乡经济整体的协调性不高,主要表现在城市化进程的滞后和农业发展缓慢造成的乡村经济的落后,且福建省城乡经济发展沿海地区协调性明显较内陆地区好。提出福建省城乡经济协调发展的对策和建议:首先城乡的协调并不只城乡关联,还包括城与城,乡与乡的关联互动;其次要进行空间分类指导,统筹全省不同区域的城乡发展;第三要加快城乡平衡的基础设施和制度的完善,促进城乡要素的合理流通和城乡居民生存发展条件的平衡。

Based on the connotation of the coordinated development of the urban-rural economic, this paper constructs evaluation index system and model, and identifies the evaluation criteria in accordance .with the stage of economic development in Fujian province. The analysis of the level of coordinated development of urban and rural economy in Fujian Province shows that the coordination degree of urban and rural economic is not high as demonstrated by the laggard process of urbanization and the backwardness of rural economy, and the coordination degree in the coastal areas is better than inland. Some measures of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in Fujian Province are put forward.
