新时期高等学校毕业生就业工作的思考

A Second Ponder on College Graduates' Employment

党的十七大召开以后,国家越来越重视高等学校的就业问题,当前高等学校就业工作存在就业市场的开拓力度不够,高等学校为毕业生提供的就业服务简单粗糙,没能达到科学化、系统化和专业化,高等学校提供的就业指导只是一些制度的诠释。针对这些问题,高等学校就业工作在十七大政策的指引下,应从范围和形式两方面开拓毕业生就业市场,加强就业指导的针对性与实效性,提高就业服务质量,为求职有困难的毕业生提供就业援助,为毕业生自主创业营造良好环境。

After the17th National Congress of the CPC, the state has paid more and more attention to the college graduates＇ employment. The current situation of higher institution＇s employment affairs was been scanned. The current problems and their causes are pointed out according to the spirit of the 17th National Congress： Firstly, the development dynamics of college graduates＇ employment market is insufficient; Secondly, the employment services provided for college graduates are mostly both simple and rough, which can not reach scientization, systematization or professionalization; Thirdly, the vocational counsels provided for college graduates are mostly the explanations of the employment system; Fourthly, the education of starting an undertaking in the University is only a slogan. And then, as for the above problems, suggestions are made： Firstly, colleges and universities should open up College graduates＇ job market from the angle of the range and the form of employment market; Secondly, the actual effect of vocational counsel should be strengthened; Thirdly, the quality of employment service should be improved by providing employment aiding for the college graduates who have extreme difficulties in finding jobs; Fourthly, a fine employment environment for the selfemployed colleges and universities should be built.
