东北地区寒地村镇景观规划分析与思考

Landscape Planning for Villages and Small Towns in the Cold Zone of Northeast China

运用管理学中的SW OT法分析寒地村镇景观现状,寒地村镇具有日照间距系数大、活动空间朝向的要求特殊、冬季景观匮乏、独特寒地景观及人文特色等特点,其景观规划采用点、线、面、园林的规划设计手法,即点——寒地村镇住区规划,东、西、北三面以连续的建筑围合达到防寒效果;线——寒地村镇道路规划,无冰雪,铺装防滑,变坡处做提醒标志;面——寒地村镇广场活动空间规划,形式多样、特色营造、文化建设的规划原则;园林——寒地村镇的绿化景观规划,选择耐寒树种,种植防护林、注重色彩搭配、乔灌木结合、季相变化明显。

The view is stated that regional characteristic landscapes of cold-zone villages and small towns should be created with measures suited to local conditions. The so-called landscape of cold-zone villages and small towns is defined as town areas where the long winters and frgid climate produce adverse effects on local people＇s life. SWOT is used to analyse the current landscape situation of the cold-zone villages and small towns. It is pointed out that the daylight-time-interval coefficient is big;that the orietation of activity space has its particular requirements;that landscape resourses are in shortage in winter; and that the coldzone landscape and humane features are unique.The point-line-surface-landscape means for landscape designing is put forward.
