不同学科本科女大学毕业生就业状况研究——基于对南京地区部分高校的调查

Study on the employment status of female graduates in different disciplines——Based on the research of some Nanjing universities

对南京地区部分高校,包括文科、理科、工科三大类的本科毕业生进行调查,通过比较不同学科本科女大学生与男大学毕业生之间的就业状况表明:在就业期望上,本科男女大学毕业生存在显著的差异,女大学毕业生对薪水的要求低干男生;在就业质量上,本科男女大学毕业生存在显著的差异,女生就业质量低于男生;不同学科的本科女大学毕业生就业状况不同。在调查结果的基础上,分析其原因,并提出大力发展社会生产力,加强就业法案的建设,完善、健全社会保障制度,促进高等教育的改革,发挥社会传媒的作用等建议。

Based on a scale survey of universities of nanjing in 2006, including humanities, science department, engineering courses taking graduates as respondents, this paper has compared the employment condition of female graducates from universities with male graducates from universities. There are a few findings： In the employment expectation and employment quality, female graducates salary expectations and male graducates from universities have the remarkable difference; female graduates＇ from universities are lower than that of male＇s; the female students＇ employment quality is lower than the male students; the different female graducates from universities have different employent condition. Based on the investigation results, the reason has been analyzed, then social productive forces, strengthens the employment construction, consummation, perfect social security system, have been proposed to promote higher education reform.
