加强高校“形势与政策”课师资队伍建设研究

Research on strengthening teachers'teams construction in "the course situation and policy" in colleges

当前,高校的"形势与政策"课教师构成复杂,水平参差不齐,严重影响了"形势与政策"课的教学水平和质量,削弱了这门课对大学生的思想政治教育功能。从建立一支相对稳定的师资队伍的现实性、可能性、必要性以及对策方面对加强高校"形势与政策"课师资队伍建设进行了探讨。

Presently, the teachers＇constitution of ＂the situation and policy＂ course is complex, the teachers＇ level is irregular. These have seriously influenced the teaching level and quality of ＂the situation and policy＂course,at the same time, weakened ideological and political education function to university students. In order to change this kind of condition, I have discussed how to strengthen teachers＇ teams construction of＂the situation and policy＂course in universities from the feasibility,the possibility and the necessity of establishing a relative stable teachers＇ teams.
