The official crime in administrative law enforcement is a type of severe con＇uption which includes favoritism, transaction, possession, malfeasance and abuse, caused by such factors as power, institution and interest. We should innovate systems of law enforcement, improve ways of law enforcement and strengthen responsibilities of law enforcement to prevent and curb official crimes in administrative law enforcement.
