摘要
本文利用L—B技术,在p—Si上制备了螺吡喃p—B膜,对它们的表面光电压谱进行了初步研究。发现螺吡喃L—B膜/p—Si体系在白光和绿光背景下显示出不同的表面光伏特性。
Spiropyran ( SP ) L-B films were prepared on p-Si by means of L-B technique. Their surface photovoltage spectra were studied preliminarily It was found that SP L-B films/p-Si had different photovoltaic properties under white and green background illuminations, It was also found that the intermediate formed during SP photochromism had the maximum pnotosensi-tization to the substrate.
