肾细胞癌微血管形态特征及P_(21)蛋白的表达

Microvessel Morphological Characters and Expressions of P 21 Protein in Renal Cell Carcinoma

应用免疫组织化学染色方法，观察４８例肾细胞癌组织内的微血管形态特征，并观察肾细胞癌Ｐ２１蛋白的表达水平。结果表明，肾细胞癌组织内的微血管形态分为４种类型（即包绕型、乳头轴心分布型、海绵样腔隙型及弥漫裂隙型），且在组织学Ⅰ级中无弥漫裂隙型分布，在Ⅲ级中则均为弥漫裂隙型分布。结果还提示弥漫裂隙型分布与肾细胞癌其他脏器的血行转移关系密切，对肾细胞癌Ｐ２１蛋白的表达水平的观察结果为阳性，占７７．０８％（３７／４８）。

Microvessel morphology and expressions of P 21 protein in 48 patients with renal cell carcinoma was analyzed by immunohistochemistry.The result showed that there were four types in microvessel mophology.There was no diffuse interstice type found in histological grade I specimens and it was only observed in grade Ⅲ.The result also suggested that the presence of the diffuse interstice type may have a close correlation to the hematogenous metastasis to other organs in renal cell carcinoma,the expressions of P 21 were examined in renal cell carcinoma,the result showed that the positive cases was 77.08%.
