试析当前看病难、看病贵的主要存因及对策

ANALYSIS OF THE CAUSE OF DIFFICULTY AND HIGH COST OF MEDICAL TREATMENT AND ITS COUNTERMEASURES

[目的]分析当前看病难、看病贵的主要原因,并提出处理措施。[方法]结合文献资料,分析当前社会看病难、看病贵的主要原因,根据原因所在,提出处理措施。[结果]主要原因有:①全民医疗保险发展缓慢;②财政投入严重不足;③社会分配不公,贫富差距过大。[结论]加快全民医疗保险,加强政府财政投入,缩小贫富差,才能逐步解决"看病难、看病贵"问题。

[ Objective] To analyze the cause of difficulty and high cost of medical treatment, and to provide the countermeasures. [Methods] Reviewed the literature, analyzed the cause of difficuhy and high cost of medical treatment and provided the countermeasures. [ Results ] There were three important reasons： ① medical insurance developed slowly; ② financial administration into the medicine was insufficient; ③ material distribution was unfair and gap between the rich and the poor was too great. [ Conclusion] Speeding up the medical insurance development, enhancing the financial administration into the medicine, and contracting gap between the rich and the poor could solve the difficulty and high cost of medical treatment.
