摘要
[目的]总结住院精神病人意外死亡的原因,探索防止意外死亡的防范措施。[方法]回顾性调查攀枝花市精神病医院1976年1月-2006年12月在住院期间发生意外死亡23例。[结果]猝死6例(26.09%),自杀、噎食死亡各5例(21.74%),病人致死3例(13.04%),跌倒死亡4例(17.39%)。[结论]住院精神病人意外死亡原因多种多样,针对不同原因及时采取相应安全防范措施可有效防范病人意外死亡。
[ Objective ] To conclude the reasons of accidental death of the hospitalized psychopaths, and explore the preventive measures about the accidental death. [ Methods] Recalled method was performed to investigate 23 eases who died accidentally in psychiatric hospital of Panzhihua from January of 1976 to December of 2006. [ Results] Six inpatients died suddenly without reason （26.09%）, five inpatients suicided （21.74%）, another five inpatients died due to food-suffocation （21.74%）, 3 patients died due to some diseases （13.04%） , 4 patients died due to falling down （17.39%）. [Conclusion] Many reasons can result in the accidental death for psychopath inpatients. According to different reasons, related safe preventive measures could effectively prevent the accidental death.
