摘要 [目的]研究碱性硼氢化钾(KBH4)还原-冷原子吸收光谱法测定汞的方法。[方法]尿样经强酸消化,以硼氢化钾还原,在257.3nm波长下,读取最大吸光度值。根据标准系吸光度值与浓度的线性关系计算样品中汞的浓度。[结果]尿汞在2~40μg/L的范围内时,检测浓度与吸光值呈直线相关关系,回归方程Y=0.424+3.446x;最低检出浓度为2μg/L;精密度5.4%-7.8%,回收率91.5%-108.7%;用酸性氯化亚锡还原法和本法同时测定相同样品结果无统计学差异。[结论]该方法快速简便、精密准确,适用于大批量样品的现场分析。 [Objective ] To study the method of determination of urinary mercury by KBH4 deoxidization-cold atomic absorption spectrometry . [Methods] The urinary, samples were digested by strong acide and deoxidized with KBH4, then the maximal absorbencies were gained at 257.3 nm. [ Results] The linear correlation relationship of concentration ot urinary mercury with extinction value was detected when the urinary mercury was at the range of 2-400,g/L. The regression equation was Y= 0.424+3.446x; The minimum detectable concentration was 2ug/L, precision was 5.4%-7.8% as well as the recycle ratio was 91,5%-108,7%. The results the urinary mercury detected by KBH showed significantly difference with that detected by SnCl2 deoxidization.[Conclusion ] The method has the aspects of rapid, convenient, accurate and precise, which is application for spot analysis with large quantities of samples.
