阿托伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征患者血管细胞黏附分子1及IL-6的影响 被引量：3

摘要 将60例急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组均行常规治疗,包括阿司匹林、低分子肝素、硝酸脂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂及β受体阻滞剂等。在此基础上,观察组给予阿托伐他汀每晚40 mg一次口服,连续8周,检测用药前和用药8周时血清血管细胞黏附分子1(VCAM-1)和IL-6水平。结果两组患者治疗后血清VCAM-1与IL-6水平均明显降低,观察组降低更明显;且观察组心血管事件的发生率较对照组明显降低(P均<0.05)。认为阿托伐他汀可明显减轻ACS患者的炎症反应。
