小鼠病毒性心肌炎与血管内皮细胞凋亡的关系

Coxsackie B Virus infected and Apoptosis of Endothelium Cell of Small Arteries in Mice

柯萨奇Ｂ－３ｍ病毒（ＣＶＢ３ｍ）可诱发ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠急性病毒性心肌炎（ＶＭＣ），本实验通过给ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠腹腔接种ＣＶＢ３ｍ，感染后８天ＶＭＣ检出率为９３．３３％。应用原位末端标记法（ＴＵＮＥＬ）及电镜检查发现：ＶＭＣ伴随有心脏血管内皮细胞及心肌细胞凋亡，其阳性率为７０．００％。实验结果提示：血管内皮细胞凋亡可能参与ＶＭＣ的发生与发展。

An experimental acute myocarditis caused by coxsackie B 3m virus (CVB 3m ) was developed in made BALB/c mice 5 weeks of age.The animals were sacrificed at the 8th day after infection.We conducted a pathological study of the apoptosis of cardiomyocytes by the TUNEL and electron micrographs,Virus-infected mice was apoptotic degeneration of endothelium cell of small arteries in cardiac myocytes (70.00%).The results showed that CVB 3m induces apoptosis of endothelium cell of small arteries in mice,it was related to myocarditis.
