食管癌组织中VEGF-C、D和KDR、Flt-4 mRNA的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系

摘要 目的探讨VEGF-C、D及其受体KDR、Flt-4 mRNA在食管癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用半定量RT-PCR方法检测53例食管癌组织、14例正常食管黏膜组织中VEGF-C、D及KDR、Flt-4mRNA的表达情况,并分析其与淋巴结转移之间的关系。结果53例食管癌组织中,VEGF-C的表达率为81.1%,VEGF-D为77.4%,KDR为66.0%,Flt-4为60.2%。有淋巴结转移者VEGF-C、D、KDR mRNA和Flt-4 mRNA的阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论食管癌组织中VEGF-C、D和KDR、Flt-4 mRNA的表达与食管癌的淋巴结转移显著相关,是促进食管癌经淋巴结转移的重要因素。 Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF-C, D and their receptors mRNA in esophageal carcinoma tissues and the relationship between their expression and tumor lymphatic metastasis. Methods The expression of VEGF- C,VEGF-D, KDR and Flt-4 mRNA was examined by RT-PCR in 53 esophageal carcinoma tissues and 14 cases of the normal esophageal mucosa. Further analysis was performed on the relationship between expression of VEGF-C, VEGF-D and KDR, Flt-4 mRNA expression and tumor lymphatic metastasis. Results In 53 esophageal carcinoma tissues,the positive expression rates of VEGF-C,VEGF-D KDR and Flt-4 mRNA were 81.1%, 77. 4%, 66. 0% ,60. 2% ,respectively. The expression of VEGF-C,VEGF-D,KDR and Flt-4 mRNA in the cases with lymphnede metastasis was higher than that without lymphatic metastasis. The differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions Expression of VEGF-C, VEGF-D, KDR and Flt-4 mRNA in esophageal carcinoma tissues correlates with tumor lymphnede metastasis and may act as a key factor in the facilitation of lymphatic metastasis in esophageal carcinoma.
