摘要
目的探讨肺癌肿瘤阻抑基因1(TSLC1)、N-钙黏素(N-cd)和Ki-67在星形细胞肿瘤中的表达变化及其在星形细胞肿瘤发生发展中的作用和对患者预后的影响。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测71例星形细胞肿瘤中TSLC1、N-cd和Ki-67的表达。结果Ⅲ、Ⅳ级星形细胞肿瘤与Ⅰ、Ⅱ级相比,TSLC1和N-cd的平均光密度值小(P<0.01),Ki-67平均光密度值随肿瘤病理分级的增加而增高(P<0.05)。TSLC1与N-cd的表达呈正相关(rs=0.601,P<0.01),与Ki-67的表达呈负相关(rs=-0.460,P<0.05)。71例中TSLC1阳性表达患者较阴性表达患者的中位生存期长(P<0.01),Ki-67阴性表达患者比阳性表达患者中位生存期长(P<0.05)。结论对星形细胞肿瘤患者进行TSLC1、N-cd和Ki-67的检测可评估肿瘤的恶性程度并判断患者预后。
Objective To research the expression of TSLC1 ,N-cadherin(N-cd) and Ki-67 in astrocytic tumors and their effects on clinical behaviors and prognosis. Methods Expression of TSLC1, N-cd and Ki-67 was examined in 71 cases of astrocytic tumors by immunohistochemistry. Results The mean optical densities of TSLC1 and N-cd of astrocytic tumours in grade Ⅲ -Ⅳwere smaller than those in grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ( P 〈 0. 01 ). And the mean optical density of Ki-67 expression went up as the histopathological grades increased( P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression of TSLC1 was positively correlated with the expression of N-cd ( r,= 0. 601, P 〈 0. 01 ) ,but it was negatively correlated with Ki-67 expression( r, = - 0. 460, P 〈 0. 05). The median of TSLC1 positive expression was longer than that of TSLC1 negative expression in all samples (P 〈 0. 01). The median of Ki-67 negative expression was longer than that of Ki-67 positive expression in all samples ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion To detect the expression of TSLC1, N-cd and Ki-67 in astrocytic tumors is helpful to evaluating the tumors'malignancy and patients prognoseis.
