摘要
用病例对照调查法观察与中老年人手骨关节病(OA)相关的危险因素。按Kalman等人制定的标准筛选出117名观察例和118名对照例,经Logistic回归分析发现,在针对66项因素中,筛选出有意义的影响因素是:主食中面粉占较大比例,OR=3.02;主食中玉米面占较大比例,OR=2.41;有服用激素类药物史,OR=2.87;以及慢性肾炎患者,OR=1.99;主食大米占较小比例,OR=0.30。与手OA有联系的主要症状依次为手关节活动受限(OR=8.07),踝关节活动受限(OR=2.87)和膝关节疼痛(OR=2.32)。对前述所见,作了扼要讨论。
The authors used data from the Harbin residents OA survey of 1995 to explore the cross sectional association between radiographic osteoarthrosis of the hand and a variety of risk factors.It was found by means of the statistical analysis of logistic regression that the significant risk factors in 66 ones related to OA were wheat flour (OR=3.02) which accounted for the larger proportion of staple foods,maize flour (OR=2.41) which did for the larger proportion of them,rice (OR=0.30) which did for the smaller proportion of them,administration of corticosteroids (i.e.glucocorticoid,OR=2.87) and chronic glomerulonephritis (OR=1.99).The other risk factors as sociated with the clinical manifestations of OA were functional limitation of the hand joints (OR=8.07),functional limitation of the ankle joints (OR=2.87) and knee joint pain (OR=2.32) in turn.The above-mentioned discoveries were discussed briefly.
