摘要
本实验观察在低硒(Se)饮食环境下锰(Mn)与蛋白质对大鼠体内谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的影响。实验结果表明,在低硒环境下低蛋白可降低大鼠全血、肝脏、心脏的GSH-Px活性;而低蛋白高锰的协同作用则更进一步降低大鼠体内GSH-Px的活性。
This paper reports the effect of manganese and protein on glutathione peroxidase activity of rats in low selenium environment.The experiment results showed that glutathione peroxidase activities of blood,liver and heart were significantly decreased if protein contents of diet were decreased in low selenium environment.When manganese supplement,low selenium and low protein were combined,GSH Px activities of rats were markedly decreased in combined group than that of low protein and selenium group.
