新鲜异体微血管移植的实验研究

摘要 本实验报告20对Wistar大鼠股动脉的新鲜异体移植。术后一半给予免疫抑制剂(地塞米松),另一半不给。结果表明,不给予地塞米松组术后30天时免疫反应造成移植血管中层平滑肌细胞变性坏死消失,弹力组织破坏消失,内膜增生致半数以上的管腔狭窄。地塞米松可有效地抑制或延缓上述改变。本文讨论了新鲜异体血管移植后近期的通畅情况、免疫抑制剂对血管抗原性的作用等问题。 We reported the results of fresh microvascular allograft in 20 couples of Wistar rats.Half of the experimented rats were treated with immunosuppressive (dexamethasone) by intramuscular injection daily postoperation for the entire observation time,the other half of animals were treated with nothing.Thirty days later,attributed to the immunological response,all vessels in rats without treatment produced consistent degeneration and necrosis of the smooth muscle tissues,disruption and disappearance of the elastic fibres and intimal hyperplasia that caused severe narrow around the luminar cavity in over half of the rats of this group.Dexamethasone,however,can effectively impede or alleviate the histologic changes seen above and further more,maintain the patency rate to a high degree.We discussed the fate of the vessels after fresh allotransplantation within 1 month and its potential for future clinical application.
