关于以循环经济为核心的生态城市建设的思考——以天津市塘沽区为例

Construction of Ecological City on Basis of Circular Economy Theory——Taking Tanggu District in Tianjin Municipality as an Example

文章对塘沽目前的污染问题及体制问题进行了识别探讨,并与当前循环经济和生态城市的研究热点相结合,阐述了循环经济理论在创建生态城市中的重要意义,提出了促进塘沽区生态城市发展建设的可行性建议。

This paper identifies and discusses the issues on pollution and system according to the research in economic development and environmental protection in Tanggu District conducted by the panel, elucidates the crucial significance of circular economy theory in terms of creation of eco - city and finally delivers feasibility proposal in promoting the construction and development of Tanggu District as an ecological city.
