摘要
评价和提升企业激励机制的效率,把握和了解企业与知识员工的动态博弈关系,对管理好知识员工有重要意义。本文通过分析企业与知识员工的博弈关系,建立企业与知识员工的动态博弈模型,为知识员工激励机制的帕雷托改进提供一些启发。
The evaluation and the promotion of the efficiency of the knowledge workers incentive mechanism and a good understanding of interdependent relationship between enterprise and knowledge workers are of great significance to the effective management of knowledge workers. Based on the analysis of the game theory relation- ship between enterprise and knowledge workers, a dynamic interdependent relationship model has been put forward to be established so that some new insights and enlightenment can be obtained by the Optimality of Pareto of the incentive mechanism.
