摘要
2006年12月11日我国银行业全面对外开放,我国商业银行真正感觉到"狼来了"。在知识经济时代,金融企业之间的竞争主要表现为各企业人力资本之间的竞争。对现有的人力资本进行有效地激励就成为各银行人力资源管理的重点。本文从企业文化的激励维度出发,再从终身责任、终身雇用、团队作战和组织承诺的角度来构建商业银行的激励体系,为我国商业银行人力资源工作者提供指导性的思路。
December 11, 2006, Chinese banking industry fully opening to the outside world, Chinese commercial banks are really feel that "the wolf is coming". In the era of knowledge economy, the financial competition among enterprises is mainly expressed in human capital enterprises. Motivating the existing human capital has became a focus of human resources management. In this paper, from a high - level corporate culture - incentive dimension, the life- long responsibility, the life- long employment, the team and organizational commitment, it constructed commercial banks' incentive system to provide guidance for China's commercial banks human resources.
