原发性肝癌的化疗及其相关治疗近年来发展迅速。肝动脉栓塞化疗（TACE）正在着手新的栓塞试剂和药物释放装置的研究以提高肿瘤坏死的效果，经皮酒精注射化疗（PEI）对于小肝癌可以考虑作为一线治疗，而肝动脉灌注化疗（HAI）和全身化疗的研究也应该深入进行。

Chemotherapy and correlated treatments for primary hepatocarcinoma make great progress in recent years. Further studies for transarterial chemoembolization are investigating the new available embolization agents and drug eluting beads to improve the effect on tumor necrosis. Percutaneous ethanol injection for small hepatocellular carcinoma may be regarded as first line treatment. Hepatic arterial infusion and systemic chemotherapy should also be considered further study.
