Endometrial carcinoma biomarkers identified by differential proteomics techniques

摘要 子宫内膜癌标记蛋白可作为子宫内膜癌诊断及监测的重要指标之一。近两年通过多种差异蛋白质组学技术对内膜癌标志蛋白的研究有了新的突破，目前多种肿瘤标记蛋白已被鉴定确认。 Endometrial carcinoma biomarkers can be used as one kind of the important indexes for the diagnosis and monitoring of endometrial carcinoma. In recent two years, there are new breakthroughs of the research in endometrial carcinoma biomarkers by differential proteomics techniques. Nowadays many proteins have been identified in the endometrial cancer.
