摘要
微生物絮凝剂是一类由微生物产生并分泌到细胞外,具有絮凝活性且能够自然降解的代谢产物,并有高效、无毒、无二次污染的特点。利用从活性污泥中筛选获得性能稳定的微生物絮凝剂的菌种OZ-12,使用豆制品加工废水、肉制品加工废水、白糖稀溶液和啤酒稀溶液对OZ-12进行菌种再培养,可将其应用于高岭土悬浮液的絮凝剂效果的研究。
Microbial flocculant (MBF) is a kind of natural micro-molecular organism reproduced by bacteria. It has the characteristics of safety, high efficiency, self-decomposition, no second pollution, and high flocculating precipitation. The OZ-12 bacterial strains that can produce microbial flocculants were isolated from activated sludge by means of the regular bacteria isolation and purification procedure. The OZ-12 bacterial strains were cultivated in soybean wastewater, meat wastewater, sugar solution and beer solution. The flocculating efficiency against kaolin suspension was studied.
