餐饮系统应用环境历来有其自身的特点。由于历史原因，餐饮系统所用设备大多从零售系统移植而来，其中打印设备基本借用零售系统的收据打印机。而零售设备应用环境远好于餐饮应用环境，相关硬件设备并不完全适用于餐饮系统，因而市场迫切需要针对餐饮应用的解决方案。国内某著名餐饮集成商在其餐饮软件中增加了免丢单机制，使得餐饮应用发生了明显的变化。
Restaurant management system has its characteristics for a long time. Due to historical reason, equipments used by restaurant management system mostly transformed from retailing management system, among which printing equipment basically transformed receipt printing machines from retailing system. However, the environment for utilization of retailing management system is much better than restaurant system, and relevant equipment of hardware is not equal to restaurant management system, so it is urgent for restaurant market to have a solution to tackle this problem.
