插穗预处理提高新疆杨扦插生根力及苗木质量的研究

EFFECTS OF PRETREATMENT ON ROOTING ABILITY AND SEEDLING GUALITY OF POPULUS ALBA V. PYRAMID ALLS CUTTINGS

新疆杨是北方杨树中抗天牛等虫害、耐盐碱较好的树种之一。目前尚未发现雌株,只能进行无性繁殖,而生根率是直接影响其扦插育苗的关键。 本文对几种催根处理方法进行了试验比较并对苗木生长的持续影响进行了探讨。通过试验比较,采用100mg/L NAA或100mg/L IBA处理2 h,以及持续水浸处理插穗的效果最为显著。特别是秋天采集的插条,经过冬储过程中的低温处理,结合持续水浸处理的催根方法,可作为主要措施在生产实践中应用。

P. alba L. var pyramidalis Bge. is an important species having the advantage of resistance to diseases and salinity in northern China, but there is no female tree of it having been found up to date. So the lower rooting percentage of cuttings turns out to be a serious problem in its seedling culture. In this paper several rooting promotion methods were tested and the effects on seedling growth were also researched. The results show that methods of 100 mg/L NAA or 100 mg/L IBA treatment for 2 h and continuously soaking in water have achieved noticeable effects.In particular,procedure of collecting cuttings in fall,refrigerating them for several months during winter,and then soaking them in water continuously for days can be a main method applied in nursery.
