摘要
介绍燕化公司炼油厂装油站台大鹤管密闭装车运行过程中的主要问题。由于国外铁路槽车有下装卸口,与我国装车方法不同,使从国外引进的活性炭吸附油气回收装置在投用过程中存在原设计半球型密闭盖对铁路槽车口封不住油气和在密闭状态下装车时检测槽车内油液位高度使仪表失真等问题。介绍解决问题的过程和方法,平衡型密闭回收罩的原理和理论依据,计算方法。
This paper introduces the main problems in closed loading with loading arms on the loading plat-form at Refinery of SINOPEC Yanshan Petrochemical Company. Rail tankers in foreign countries are equipped with lower loading hatches, so the way of loading is different from that in China. As a result, the imported activated carbon adsorption oil vapor recov-ery unit has some problems in its application, such as the failure of the original designed hemispherical air-tight cover in sealing the oil vapor from rail tanker and the distortion of instruments in closed loading be-cause of the high level in rail tanker. The process and method for solving these problems and the principle, theoretical basis and calculation method for balanced airtight recovery hood are introduced, process of auto-matic ignition of flares.
