汽轮发电机组故障停机原因分析及对策

CAUSE ANALYSIS ON FAULT SHUTDOWN OF STEAM TURBO-GENERATOR SET AND THE COUNTERMEASURES

针对某石化企业自备热电站的一台25 MW汽轮发电机组多次突然发生故障停机现象,通过综合分析故障发生的因素,采用逐步排除的方法,最终确定故障停机原因,采取相应的处理措施后,实现了平稳运行,对汽轮发电机组处理类似故障提供参考。

Against the fault shutdown of a 25MW steam turbo - generator set at a thermal power stationof a petrochemical enterprise, this paper comprehen-sively analyzes the factors of the failure, and identifies the causes of fault shutdown by process of elimina-tion. Stable operation has been achieved after taking corresponding countermeasures. It can be used for ref-erence in handling similar failures of steam turbo-generator set.
