对危险化学品事故应急预案编制和实施过程中存在的问题进行分析,探讨编制危险化学品事故应急预案和救援实施过程中应重点关注的问题。
This paper analyzes the problems in de-veloping and implementing emergency plan for haz-ardous chemicals accidents, and discusses the cau-tions in emergency plan development and rescue ex-ecution.
