摘要
加氢裂化装置二系列反应进料泵GA-102的机械密封具有高温、高压、高速的特点,通过对影响该泵机械密封泄漏的主要原因进行计算分析,指出摩擦副端面温度过高是导致机械密封失效的主要原因,通过采取疏通机械密封冷却水通道及改造柴油冲洗冷却系统等措施,消除密封泄漏问题。
The mechanical seal of reaction feed pump GA-102 in the second train of hydrocracking unit has characteristics of high temperature, high pressure and high velocity. By analyzing the main reasons for the pump mechanical seal leakage, this paper points out that overhigh end temperature of friction pair is the main reason for mechanical seal failure. The seal leakage problem can be solved by dredging the me-chanical seal cooling water channel and revamping the diesel flushing and cooling system.
