摘要
介绍FLUENT软件的主要特点及其在石油炼化领域的应用情况。并且以催化裂化车间的旋风分离器及加氢车间的逆流肘横截面破坏的弯管为例,用该软件进行数值模拟,分析其内部流场变化情况。通过模拟能真实反映旋风分离器及破坏弯管内部的复杂流动,预测出易发生腐蚀的部位,为旋风分离器及弯管的设计和改进提供理论依据。把FLUENT软件用于更多的炼化车间进行分析模拟,更好的改善炼厂运行的安全性和可靠性。
Gives a brief introduction of FLUENT about its chief characters and applications in Refinery Opera-tions field. And simulation analysis about the cyclone in the fluid catalytic cracking ( FCC) unit and Damaged pipe in the elbow section upstream of the hydrotreating unit for example, the flow field can be simulated and an-alyzed by FLUENT . Simulation result Can truly reflect the complex internal flow in the cyclone and damaged pipe,forecast the position where is easy corrupted, pro-vide theoretical basis for the cyclone and pipe designing and improving. applying FLUENT simulation analysis more nuits in Refinery so that Improving Safety & Relia-bility about the Refinery Operations
