摘要 甲醇厂储运站设备即地下槽泵,是一种中间无支承离心式液下泵。这种泵在川西北甲醇厂投产后出现振动大、噪音大,泵轴与轴承压盖发生摩擦、产生火花等问题,严重影响正常生产和安全运行。文章根据中间无支承离心式液下泵的原理、结构与性能,分析了故障产生的原因,提出了解决措施。 As a facility of storage-transportation station in a methanol plant,the underground tank pump is a centrifugal submerged pump without support.Strong shock and noise were made after this pump was put into production in the methanol plant of Northwestern Sichuan Gas District.Simultaneously,friction happened between pump axis and bearing gland to emerge spark,resulting in a severe influence on both normal production and safe operation.The paper analyzes the failure reasons and advances the relevant treatment based on the principle,texture and property of centrifugal submerged pump.
