陕西省天然气输配产业改革模式探析

Discussion on Reform Model of Natural Gas Transmission and Distribution Indus-tries in Shanxi Province

在对陕西省天然气长输管道输送、城市天然气输配及终端用户发展状况分析的基础上,指出了陕西天然气产业链,尤其是下游城市输配产业分散发展的弊端,提出了在该省天然气产业快速发展中应逐步从分散型向集约型转换,从而推动全省天然气产业向"强、大、快、好"发展的设想。

According to analyzing current status of long-distance gas pipeline transmission,city gas transmission and distribution and terminal user development in Shanxi province,it shows that there are disadvantages in gas industry chain of Shanxi province,such as scattered development of downstream city gas transmission and distribution industries.To promote sound and rapid development of natural gas industry in Shanxi province,change from dispersion type to intensive type should be made on development strategy of Shanxi natural gas industry.
