摘要
简单回顾了上海郊县外荡渔业的发展史，针对目前的状况，对如何发展上海郊县的外荡渔业提出了三点建议。
History of fisheries in natural waters in the superbs of Shanghai was briefly reviewed and based on the present situation, three ways to develop fisheries in natural waters of Shanghai supurbs were suggested.
