皮瓣转移肛门成形术治疗肛门狭窄的临床应用

Clinical application of transferation flap anoplasty for anal stenosis

目的探讨皮瓣成形术治疗肛门狭窄的临床应用。方法回顾分析2005年4月至2008年2月,采用肛门皮瓣转移肛门成形术治疗肛门狭窄10例临床病例。结果10例手术中,4例采用V-Y皮瓣,3例采用房式滑行皮瓣,3例采用菱形皮瓣,术后能完全解除狭窄,明显改善排便困难症状。结论肛门皮瓣转移成形术对肛门狭窄的局部解剖学狭窄及排便困难症状有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of transferation flap anoplasty for anal stenosis. Methods Clinical data of ten cases with anal stenosis in our hospital from Apr. 2005 to Feb. 2008 treated with transferation flap anoplasty were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of 10 patients, 4 cases were treated with V-Y flap, 3 cases with steeple housing flap, 3 cases with defecation flap. The anal stenosis and irregular defecation were changed correctly. Conclusion Transferation flap anoplasty for anal stenosis shows good therapeutic effect in the anal stenosis and irregular defecation.
