摘要
龙城大桥索塔为钢索塔,材质采用Q345qc和Q420qd两种钢材组焊而成,出于对高空索塔节段接缝、焊接质量问题的考虑,索塔采用了在桥面上节段组拼后进行竖转施工的技术。在竖转施工时,应考虑变形的影响及焊接对索塔偏位的影响。
Welded steel structure was used in the pylon of Longcheng bridge, in which both grade Q345qc steel and grade Q420qd steel were utilized. Due to difficulties in welding quality control during working at heights by conventional construction method, the vertical rotation construction method was adopted for the pylon construction of Longcheng bridge. Based on this way, pylon pieces were assembled on deck surface firstly, then the whole pylon was rotated in vertical plane to it's final position. The deformation effect and effect of welding on pylon deviation in vertical rotation construction should be considered.
