Installation Technology of Steel Tube Arch in Xiyangping Bridge

钢管拱拱肋是钢管混凝土拱桥关键的构件,对漳州西洋坪大桥钢管混凝土拱肋架设方案进行比选,选用支架吊装法进行架设,并对其安装步骤进行介绍。工程实践表明,通过采用两侧栈桥及跨桥大型龙门吊机分段吊装,保证了施工质量,缩短了工期。

Steel tube arch is a key member of concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge. In this paper, the installation method of steel tube concrete arch of Xiyangping bridge in Zhangzhou is compared, and bracket method is selected, the installation steps are also introduced. It is showed that the construction quality is ensured and construction period is reduced through trestle on both sides and segment lifting by large gantry crane,
