摘要 低氧诱导因子-1是低氧诱导因子家族中最先被发现的蛋白因子,组织低氧时,低氧诱导因子-1表达显著增加,它是缺氧环境的重要调节因子,对低氧反应性基因的转录有调控作用,并参与低氧反应的信号转导过程。该文叙述了低氧诱导因子-1的结构及其基因定位和靶基因,介绍了低氧诱导因子-1的活性调节,如诱导血管内皮生长因子、促红细胞生成素和一氧化氮合酶等靶基因的转录,成为低氧应答时稳定细胞内环境的调节中心。 Hypoxia-inducible factor-1 (HIF-1) is a protein factor first found in the family of hypoxia inducible factors. The expression of HIF-1 significantly increases during tissue hypoxia. HIF-1 is an important regulatory factor in a hypoxic environment, and it has regulatory effect on transcription of hypoxia responsive gene, and participates in signal transduction processes of hypoxia response. This paper reviewed structure and location of hypoxia-inducible factor-1 and its target genes, introduced HIF-1 activity of the regulation, including transcription of the target genes such as vascular endothelial growth factor, erythropoietin and nitric oxide synthase, so it becomes regulatory center to stabilize intracellular environment in hypoxic response.
