羚羊角口服液对孕妇上感的退热效果观察

A clinical observation of antipyretic effect of lingyangjiao oral solution for pregnant women with upper respiratory infection

目的观察羚羊角口服液治疗孕妇上呼吸道感染合并发热的疗效。方法选择妊娠期上呼吸道感染合并发热病例224例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各112例,在给予相同治疗的基础上,治疗组给予羚羊角口服液,对照组给予物理降温,治疗3天后,比较两组的疗效。结果两组的总有效率分别为95.5%和86.6%,痊愈率分别为49.1%和25.0%,经比较疗效有显著性差异。结论羚羊角口服液在治疗孕妇上呼吸道感染合并发热方面疗效较好,与西药合用可缩短病程。

Objective To observe therapeutic effect of lingyangjiao oral solution for those pregnant women with upper respiratory infection and fever. Methods 224 pregnant women with upper respiratory infection and fever were selected and divided into treatment group and control group randomly （in each group, n = 112）. On basis of giving same general treatment, the pregnant women in the treatment group were treated with lingyangjiao oral solution,while those pregnant women in the control group were performed physical methods to lower the temperature. After 3 days of treatment, therapeutic effects in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rates in the two groups were 93.8% and 86.6% , and the curative rate in the two groups were 49.1% and 25.0%. There were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion Lingyangjiao oral solution has a better curative effect for pregnant women with upper respiratory infection and fever. If it is combined with Western medicine, the course of disease could be shorten.
