雌激素补充疗法治疗围绝经期症状的临床分析

A clinical analysis of therapeutic effect of HRT for perimenopausal symptoms

目的探讨雌激素补充疗法的有效性，改善围绝经期妇女的生活质量。方法对2004年1月～2007年1月治疗的47例围绝经期患者进行临床资料分析。结果用药前和用药后Kupperman绝经期症状评分法分别为：用药前23．5±5．3，用药后6个月6．5±4．0；用药前与用药后比较，雌二醇（t=2．715，P〈0，01）、促卵泡激素（t=2．801，P〈0．01）、总胆固醇（t=2．352，P〈0．05；）和甘油三酯（t=2．323，P〈0．05）值有显著性差异。用药后临床症状明显改善。结论雌激素补充疗法是有效缓解围绝经期症状的主要措施，对提高围绝经期妇女生活质量、预防疾病，增强健康水平有较好的作用。

Objective To investigate efficiency of hormone replacement therapy （HRT） for perimenopausal symptoms of the women so as to improve quality of life of the peimenopausal women. Methods The clinical data of 47 perimenopausal women treated in our hospital from January, 2004 to January, 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Kupperman scores for perimenopausal symptoms before HRT of the women were 23.5 ± 5.3, and those at 6 months after treatment were 6.5 ± 4.0. As compared with those before treatment, there were significant differences in estradiol （ E2 ） （ t = 2. 715, P 〈 0.01 ）, follicle stimulating hormone （FSH） （ t = 2. 801, P 〈 0.01 ）, total cholesterol （TC） （t =2. 352, P 〈0.05） and triglyceride（TG） （t =2. 323, P 〈0.05） and the symptoms of the women were significantly improved after treatment. Conclusion HRT is the main treatment to effectively relief perimenopausal symptoms of the women and exerts positive role for raising quality of life of the perimenopausal women, preventing diseases and elevating health level of the women.
