人工耳蜗植入术相关的耳蜗解剖学
摘要
由于人工耳蜗植入术的逐步开展使得对耳蜗结构的认识显得极为重要,研究的目的主要是为人工耳蜗电极植入时鼓阶钻孔的安全位置,电极的长度、直径、插入的角度,与螺旋神经节的位置关系提供解剖学依据,以尽量减小对螺旋板、基底膜的损伤,获得更好的语言识别率。本文主要综述了鼓岬区的蜗窗、螺旋板、前庭窗之间的空间位置关系,蜗管的走行、长度,前庭阶、鼓阶的宽度高度以及蜗轴中螺旋神经节与蜗管的关系。
